Nicole’s energy is so incredible! I did a stretch and step class with her at Zee Pilates studio and the experience was overwhelmingly fun and positive. We started the class with a great stretch session and then transitioned into basic step mechanics, all the while listened to the songs we were learning to dance in time to in a loop. This approach really helped get me out of my head and into my body and Nicole’s cues and guidance were extremely helpful :) please do yourself a favor and try a class with her ASAP!
